IDEA Pharma’s Principal IDEAtor, Mike Rea, has been voted among the PharmaVOICE Top 100 Most Inspiring People in the Life-Sciences Industry, leading the charge for innovation.

The distinguished honourees were nominated by thousands of PharmaVOICE readers and were selected based on well-crafted and comprehensive essays describing how individuals inspired or motivated them or effected positive changes as well as other factors, such as community and philanthropic activities.

As IDEA continues to change the way Pharma thinks about how to take its molecules to market, the shared values and beliefs of the company stem from Mike’s initial thought leadership.

With such a clearly defined ethos, ideology, and a pragmatic (yet creative) approach to achieving innovation, IDEA not only attracts like-minded people to its business, but also those within the industry who believe that moving away from restrictive process towards the discipline of innovation is fundamental in seeing products succeed post launch.
