How we collect this information.

With each client, we ask for feedback on the entire IDEA Pharma project, from the initial meeting to the project completion. We ask for a totally honest appraisal on what we do, and how we can improve.

The data collected in the feedback process uses a 1 - 5 rating scale, as well as specific comments on each criteria. We share these scores in full here.

Why it matters.

We believe in transparency, we trust our customers and we work to ensure they trust us with their biggest and bravest projects. This mutual trust is what allows us to do our best work. We were only able to help create 8 out of the 15 biggest launches in the last 3 years by allowing people to tell us where we succeed or fail. This is how we improve, create value for customers and grow.
