Regeneron rises one place on both indexes, to fifth on the 2026 Global Pharmaceutical Innovation Index and third on the Invention Index. Its Invention ranking, behind Lilly and AstraZeneca, reflects a high-productivity biotech model built around strong commercial franchises and an unusually broad pipeline of novel agents for a company of its scale.

Dupixent (dupilumab), developed and commercialized in collaboration with Sanofi, continues to drive strong growth and expand across indications. Global net sales reached $4.9 billion in the third quarter of 2025, up 27% year-on-year. Dupixent received FDA and EC approval in chronic spontaneous urticaria, representing the first new targeted therapy in the indication in over a decade. Approvals in Japan for COPD and pediatric bronchial asthma were also secured. The pivotal LIBERTY-AFRS-AIMS Phase 3 trial in allergic fungal rhinosinusitis met all primary and secondary endpoints, with an sBLA accepted for FDA priority review. In a Phase 4
head-to-head study, Dupixent outperformed Xolair (omalizumab) across all endpoints in chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps and coexisting asthma.

Regeneron made significant progress across oncology, hematology and ophthalmology. Libtayo (cemiplimab) demonstrated a statistically significant disease-free survival benefit in the Phase 3 C-POST trial in high-risk cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma after surgery, supporting FDA and EC approvals. Lynozyfic (linvoseltamab) received FDA accelerated approval and EC conditional marketing authorization for relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma, with early Phase 1/2 data providing initial signals of activity in newly diagnosed disease. EYLEA HD received FDA approval for macular edema following retinal vein occlusion, adding a third approved indication.
